In Store Returns - Preloved Garments

If you decide that an item you have purchased in store is not right for you, please bring it back within 48 hours of your purchase for an exchange. If you return your item due to a change of mind we will offer you a store credit to the amount of your purchase price. 

• To qualify for as a return, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (All items must be returned with original tags attached)
• Your item must be brought back to the store within 48 hours of your purchase.
• Final sale items are not returnable

Online Returns - Preloved Garments

Our Preloved Garments have gone through a multi-point quality check before they are dispatched for shipping. In the rare event that an item is received damaged, please contact Team@Styleonjackson.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of the item in your email. 

If you decide that an item that isn't the right fit for you, we invite you to make contact as soon as possible after receipt of your item. We will accept returns for store credit (less any shipping costs) if you make contact with us at Team@styleonjackson.co.nz and courier your item back within 48 hours of delivery. • Your item must be dispatched back to us within 48 hours of delivery, and you will need to send us confirmation that the item has been sent back such as a tracking number.
• Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
• Return shipping will be at your cost, and Style on Jackson takes no responsibility for items lost during shipping.
• Final sale items are not returnable.

Return credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your purchase price (less shipping if applicable) will be credited to you as store credit, and will be emailed to you in the form of a gift certificate. Please allow up to 3 business days for your returned item to be inspected and a gift certificate issued.

Returns - New Garments (non-consignment)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
